JAXIAN · For Security Installers

A modern intercom platform for security installers

Keep your access-control expertise. Add a flexible resident experience.

JAXIAN gives trained security installers a route to integrate entrance calling, resident access and building workflows with compatible access-control infrastructure.

Australian installer reseller accounts

Security installers and integrators across Australia can apply to become JAXIAN resellers. Tell us about your business, service area and access-control experience. Applications are reviewed individually; approval and commercial terms are not automatic.

How JAXIAN fits

Integrate with Inner Range Inception

Commission doors, lifts and floors in Inception, then associate them with the relevant JAXIAN building resources. Correct training, access levels and final user permissions remain essential.

Choose suitable entrance hardware

Use a supported tablet entrance station in a secure enclosure for suitable locations, or specify appropriate commercial hardware for demanding environments. QR entry is an alternative configuration.

Configure residents and contractors

Set up buildings, apartments, resident seats, approved door access, lockers and contractor categories with the JAXIAN installer and building-manager portals.

A practical commissioning pathway

Use the detailed JAXIAN + Inception installer setup guide for the sequence and checks. Confirm device compatibility, power, connectivity and site-specific requirements before quoting.

Designed around your building

Each building has different access-control, network, safety and operational requirements. JAXIAN configurations and integrations should be confirmed against the actual project scope, hardware and commissioning requirements.
