JAXIAN integrates with compatible Inner Range Inception systems so authorised resident actions can work with the building’s controlled doors, lifts and other configured access points.
A visitor calls from a JAXIAN entrance tablet, or uses an optional QR entry point. A resident answers using a supported WhatsApp/mobile or fixed apartment touchscreen experience. When access is authorised, JAXIAN communicates with the configured Inception system to request the appropriate release.
Installers map JAXIAN doors and building floors to their corresponding Inception resources, preserving the access rules established for the site.
Configured Inception storage lockers can be associated with JAXIAN delivery lockers. Staff and contractor categories can mirror defined Inception access levels and available user seats.
Inception programming, REST API access, credential compatibility and final user permissions must be configured by appropriately trained installers. JAXIAN is not a substitute for a correctly designed physical access-control system.
Each building has different access-control, network, safety and operational requirements. JAXIAN configurations and integrations should be confirmed against the actual project scope, hardware and commissioning requirements.
