HID Mobile Access

For compatible JAXIAN Access buildings, residents can add an optional HID mobile credential through their JAXIAN resident portal. JAXIAN connects to HID Origo through the API and handles the provisioning workflow behind the scenes.
The resident uses the HID Mobile Access app on a compatible device. An annual mobile credential fee applies, so mobile access is offered as an optional paid resident add-on rather than replacing physical credentials.
