Start in JAXIAN
The resident starts the mobile-credential process from their JAXIAN resident portal.
For compatible JAXIAN Access buildings, residents can add an optional HID mobile credential through their JAXIAN portal — without needing to manage the credential through the HID Origo management website.

Mobile access is an option, not a requirement. Buildings can continue using physical credentials while residents who want the convenience of a phone-based credential can add one through JAXIAN.
The resident starts the mobile-credential process from their JAXIAN resident portal.
JAXIAN connects to HID Origo through its API to handle the credential provisioning workflow behind the scenes.
The resident needs the HID Mobile Access app on a compatible device to receive and use the mobile credential.
Once provisioned, the mobile credential can be used with compatible HID-enabled building access infrastructure.
“The technology can be sophisticated behind the scenes. The resident journey shouldn’t be.”
JAXIAN brings the credential workflow into the same resident environment used for the wider building experience.
HID mobile credentials carry an ongoing licence cost, so JAXIAN Mobile Access is offered as an optional paid resident add-on. An annual mobile credential fee applies. Physical credentials can remain available according to the building’s access policy.
Availability depends on compatible access-control infrastructure, HID reader capability, supported mobile devices and the building’s JAXIAN Access configuration.
Residents manage the request through JAXIAN rather than a separate HID administration portal.
JAXIAN communicates with HID Origo to manage the required provisioning steps.
The HID app holds and uses the resident’s mobile credential on a compatible phone.
Mobile access becomes another resident option within the wider JAXIAN platform.
