JAXIAN combines tablet-based entrance stations, optional apartment touchscreens, remote WhatsApp answering and integrated building access. New developments can choose an intercom configuration without proprietary wired monitors in every apartment.
Residents can answer on supported personal devices, while developments can still specify dedicated apartment touchscreens where preferred. Door-station power, internet connectivity, access-control cabling and any fixed screens still need to be planned.
A cloud-connected resident-answering approach can reduce the need for dedicated intercom cabling to each unit. The actual savings depend on the building design, Wi-Fi coverage, power, network resilience and other specified systems.
With compatible Inner Range Inception equipment, JAXIAN can connect intercom entry with doors, lift/floor permissions, temporary access and other building workflows.
Commercially available tablet hardware can be replaced independently of the wider platform. Choose protected or purpose-built equipment based on environmental exposure, security, support and maintenance requirements.
